WYN www.westernyouthnetwork.org Western Youth Network WYN was established in 1985 to address gaps in service for youth in Watauga County. Twenty years later, they serve hundreds of youth and families each year in Watauga, Avery and Ashe counties.

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees was established on December 14, 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly.
